Porsche rejects all forms of corruption, cartelization, money laundering or any other white-collar crime and does not tolerate any unlawful behavior by managers, employees, customers, business partners or public officials.

Porsche Does Not Tolerate Any Violations.

Porsche takes tips about possible violations very seriously. It investigates such information carefully and takes appropriate actions in response to detected violations, in compliance with applicable employment and co-determination laws.

Porsche managers, employees, customers, business partners, public officials or other outside parties can report any tips of possible violations relating to Porsche to the ombudsman system. Whistleblowers do not need to fear any enforcement or other disadvantages from Porsche if they report such violations.

Whistleblowers can contact two external lawyers (ombudspersons) who work independently from Porsche through various reporting channels 24 hours a day at no charge. These ombudspersons treat all information provided confidentially and guarantee that whistleblowers remain anonymous.

In addition to classic channels (telephone, fax, email, postal mail), tips can also be submitted online via the so-called Business Keeper Monitoring System (BKMS). The BKMS is a specially protected technological space which has been developed specifically for the electronic submission of confidential information. This system can be reached on the website of the ombudspersons from anywhere in the world at any time.
