Programme Benefits

Home/roadside assistance and recovery
If your Porsche cannot be repaired on the spot, whether at home or elsewhere, we will organise and pay for transporting it to the nearest Porsche Service Centre. We will also reimburse the cost of taxi fare to your chosen destination, up to a maximum of 50 km.

Mobility Benefits
To keep you mobile in the event that your Porsche has been taken to the Porsche Service Centre, you can select any of the three options given below. These options are available to you only if, according to the Porsche Service Centre, your Porsche cannot be repaired within the same day or if the Service Centre is closed.

  • Onward transport

If you wish to continue your journey to your planned destination, we will organise and pay for the most appropriate method of onward transport. This option may include, but is not limited to, First Class rail travel (journey below 1000 km) or economy air travel (journey above 1000 km), Taxi, if more convenient and less expensive than the train ticket and any costs incurred for you to collect tickets (taxi, public transport).

  • Car hire/Chauffeur driven car *

If you decide that you would rather have a replacement or chauffeur driven vehicle, we will organise and pay for a replacement rental car or chauffeur driven car while your Porsche is being repaired, up to a maximum period of 5 days. Wherever possible, the replacement or chauffeur driven car will be an executive model. Furthermore, you will be required to comply with the terms and conditions of the rental provider. This will include items such as a valid driving license, credit card etc. You will also be required to pay a deposit for petrol. Any extension beyond the 5 days coverage period will be your responsibility. Naturally, all fuel costs for the replacement and chauffeur driven vehicle will be handled by you.

  • Hotel accommodation **

You can also choose to wait for the completion of repairs to your Porsche. If this necessitates an unscheduled hotel stay, we will organise and pay for up to 5 nights 5 star hotel accommodation for the driver and a maximum number of persons that the vehicle is legally allowed to carry.

Minor mechanical repairs at roadside
If you encounter vehicle problems of a minor nature, Porsche Assistance will be dispatched to provide assistance and try to get your vehicle mobile again.

Battery problems
Porsche Assistance will provide jump start or coordinate battery replacement (if still under warranty).

Fuel problems
Porsche Assistance will provide emergency fuel delivery for you to travel to the nearest available refuelling facility OR transport the vehicle to the nearest re-fuelling facility (Fuel will be at customer’s cost).

Key problems
Porsche Assistance will provide spare keys pick up and delivery to you, or any appropriate solutions to solve the problem.

Tyre problems
Porsche Assistance will change a flat/punctured tyre or, if necessary, transport the vehicle to the nearest Porsche service centre.

Redelivery of your repaired Porsche
If your Porsche has been taken to the Porsche Service Centre for repairs by Porsche Assistance, we will arrange and pay the travel costs for you to collect your Porsche upon completion of repairs. Alternatively, we will organise the delivery of your repaired Porsche, providing the cost of delivery does not exceed the travel costs for you to personally collect your Porsche from the Service Centre.

Urgent messages to family, friends or business colleagues
In the event that immobilisation has occurred, we will help you pass on urgent messages to your family, friends or business colleagues.

Parts delivery
If your Porsche has been taken to the Porsche Service Centre for repairs by Porsche Assistance, and if essential parts are not available, we can organise and pay for the dispatch of these parts. However, you will be responsible for the cost of the parts and labour, unless the part cost is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, conditions apply.

Repatriation of passengers
While travelling in your home country, if the only qualified driver of your Porsche is unable to drive it safely due to illness or injury at the time of your intended return date, we will organise and pay the cost for an alternative driver to drive your Porsche back to your home address.

Theft of the vehicle
In the unfortunate case of a theft, Porsche Assistance will help you to make police report and assist with a taxi to get to a safe place.

Other requests can be organised but the cost is not covered by Porsche Assistance.

* Please note: Due to operational constraints at the time of the service, Porsche Assistance cannot guarantee to supply a vehicle similar to the specification of the Porsche that you drive.
** Please note: This cover relates only to room tariffs including breakfast and taxes. Any additional expenses such as telephone charges, room service, etc, shall be your responsibility and must be paid prior to checking out of the hotel.
Please note that all benefits included in the Porsche Assistance programme are offered subject to availability.
